How long will it take for my earrings to arrive?

We fulfill orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends. That means we package and drop off your order within 1-3 business days. After that, your order can take 3-5 business days to arrive. We are not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control whether it’s due to the weather, worker strikes, or other unexpected circumstances.

How does free pick-up work?

If you live in Phoenix, Arizona and would like to pick up your order, please choose this option at check out. Within 1-2 business day, you will receive an email from us to set up a day and time for pick up.

What kind of material do you use to make the earrings?

We use a variety of materials to make our incredibly lightweight jewelry including polymer clay, freshwater pearls, and sea shell beads. For most of our earrings, we use gold-toned hypoallergenic and nickel-free hardware (the backings that go through your ear) which allows our prices to be affordable in the range of $8-40. We also make a few designs using 14kt gold filled and gold plated hardware. For our freshwater pearl necklaces, we use 14-karat and 18-karat gold-plated chains. For all of our designs, please reference the details of each individual product where we list exactly the kind of material we used for that specific design.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate of $4 shipping in the United States. We currently do not offer worldwide shipping.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not. However, please reach out to us with any questions or concerns and we will do our best to make it right.

I have sensitive ears, are your earrings safe for my ears?

People that have sensitive ears are usually allergic to a specific metal although most people have no way of knowing what type of metal causes their sensitivity. The most common is nickel and our earring backings are hypoallergenic and nickel-free. If you have worn costume jewelry or earrings that are not gold-plated without an adverse reaction, our earrings are similar. If you know you have an extreme allergy, please do not purchase. You can always contact us for custom orders with different metals that you know are safe for you.

What if an item arrives damaged?

Please email us at info@corazondeoroshop.com. Once we ship, we cannot assume responsibility for the way a carrier handled the product. Although we will do our best to make it right! We package your order carefully and do not expect this to happen but understand that there are things outside of our control. Please contact us ASAP!
